Dear Mr. Thomas,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided during my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed at HueBoro from March 9th, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below my expectations.
Several issues arose during my stay that greatly affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that my room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom appeared unkempt, and there were visible stains on the bedding. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the room was malfunctioning, leading to discomfort throughout the night.
Furthermore, I encountered difficulties with the hotel’s Wi-Fi service, which was unreliable and slow, making it challenging for me to complete essential work tasks. As a result of these issues, I was forced to seek alternative accommodation for the remainder of my stay, incurring additional expenses for which I am seeking reimbursement.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but as a paying guest, I expect a certain level of service and comfort. Therefore, I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and expenses incurred during my stay.
