I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I made from your company. Last Friday, I purchased a skincare product, of MelodicBeauty , from a local retailer. Unfortunately, upon using the product, I discovered a significant issue.
The issue I experienced with the product is leakage & allergic reaction. This has greatly affected me as I had high hopes for the product. Instead, I experienced irritation, breakouts.
As a loyal customer of MelodicBeauty, I am disappointed by this experience and the inconvenience it has caused. I have always trusted your brand for quality skincare products, and this incident has left me concerned about the consistency and reliability of your products.
In light of the above, I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter. Specifically, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a replacement product or a refund for the faulty item. Additionally, I hope that you will take steps to ensure the quality control of your products to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
Enclosed with this letter, please find documentation: receipts, photos of the faulty product, & proof of purchase. I believe that addressing this issue promptly and satisfactorily will not only retain my trust in your brand but also demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction.
