You are planning to relocate to another city and need to terminate your current rental agreement. Write a letter to your landlord informing them of your decision to move out and providing notice of your intention to end the tenancy. Include:

Dear Mr. Walker,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of my decision to terminate my tenancy. Due to personal reasons, I will be relocating to Brisbane and therefore, I will need to vacate the property.
According to the terms of our rental agreement, I am providing, with my intended move-out date. I will ensure that the property is left in a clean and satisfactory condition, as per our agreement.
Please advise on any specific instructions for returning the keys to you. I will make arrangements to return them on or before the move-out date. Additionally, I will settle any outstanding payments, including rent up to the date of my departure and any other fees or charges as per our agreement.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being a responsive and accommodating landlord throughout my tenancy. I have enjoyed living in the property and appreciate your prompt attention to any maintenance issues that arose.
