Dear Mr.Davies,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I received during my recent appointment at your clinic on March 14 at 11:00am.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects of my visit. Firstly, there was a considerable wait time despite arriving promptly for my appointment. Additionally, the receptionist was unprofessional and appeared disinterested in addressing my inquiries. Moreover, during my consultation with the healthcare provider, I felt rushed and as though my concerns were not fully addressed.
To improve the quality of service at your clinic, I recommend implementing measures to reduce wait times, providing additional training for staff members on professionalism and customer service, and ensuring healthcare providers allocate sufficient time for patient consultations.
