You have recently purchased a new electronic device that is not working properly. Write a letter to the manufacturer to complain about the product. Describe the problem you are experiencing, when you purchased the device, and what you would like the company to do to resolve the issue.

Dear Mr. Johnson,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of the “GadgetMaster 5000” electronic device, which I bought from your company on February 15th.

Since the purchase, I have encountered several issues with the device. Firstly, the screen frequently freezes, making it impossible to navigate through the menus or use any of the applications.

Additionally, the battery life is significantly shorter than what was advertised, lasting only a fraction of the time stated in the product description. These problems have greatly hindered the usability of the device, which I rely on for both work and personal use.

As a loyal customer of your brand for many years, I am disappointed by the quality of this product. I kindly request that your company takes action to resolve these issues promptly.

Specifically, I would appreciate a replacement “GadgetMaster 5000” with a fully functional screen and battery that performs as advertised. Alternatively, if a repair service is available, I would be willing to send the device for servicing at your earliest convenience.
