Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I am writing to express my deep concern about the current state of public transportation in our area and to request improvements to the system. As a resident of this city, I have personally experienced several issues with the existing transportation system.

One of the primary problems is the lack of reliability. Buses and trains frequently run behind schedule, causing commuters to be late for work and appointments. Additionally, the limited coverage area means that many neighborhoods are underserved, forcing residents to rely on personal vehicles, which contributes to traffic congestion and environmental pollution.

I believe that upgrading our public transportation system would bring numerous benefits. Firstly, it would reduce traffic congestion, leading to shorter commute times and lower greenhouse gas emissions. Secondly, an improved system would make our city more accessible for all residents, enhancing overall mobility and inclusivity.
