You have recently purchased a faulty product from an online retailer. Write a letter to the customer service department of the company outlining the issue and requesting a refund or replacement. Include: 

  • Details such as the order number.
  • The specific problem with the product.
  • Any attempts you have made to resolve the issue.

Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing to report a problem with a product I recently purchased from your online store. My order number is INV-0005, and I purchased a heater on March 8th.

Upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was faulty. it doesn’t power on. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, the product remains unusable.

I have attempted to resolve this issue by many attempts to resolve the problem, by contacting your support team & trying troubleshooting steps recommended in the product manual. However, none of these efforts have been successful in resolving the issue.

As a result, I would like to request either a refund or a replacement for the faulty product. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for the return of the defective item and issue a refund to my original form of payment or send a replacement product at your earliest convenience.

Please let me know the necessary steps to proceed with this request and any additional information you may require from me.
