Dear Railyard,

I am writing to express my concerns about my recent train journey on March 10th at 9:00a.m. While I appreciate the convenient service you provide, unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations in a few areas.

Firstly, the train carriage I was in was not very clean. There were overflowing bins and scattered food debris on the floor. This made for an unpleasant journey and raised hygiene concerns.

Secondly, the air conditioning malfunctioned for a significant portion of the trip. As it was a warm day, this made the carriage uncomfortably hot and stuffy, causing discomfort for myself and other passengers.

I believe a few improvements could significantly enhance the passenger experience. More frequent cleaning checks within the carriages would ensure a cleaner environment. Additionally, having a designated staff member readily available to address any technical issues, like the air conditioning problem, would allow for a quicker and more efficient response.
