Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided during my recent stay at your hotel.

Firstly, the reason for my dissatisfaction is the lack of cleanliness in the room. Upon checking in, I noticed that the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were used towels left behind from the previous guest. This gave a negative impression right from the start.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that further affected my experience. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning correctly, and despite informing the front desk, the problem was not adequately resolved. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was weak, making it challenging to stay connected, and the room service was slow, with orders often arriving cold.

To enhance the overall guest experience, I suggest implementing more rigorous cleaning procedures to ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned before new guests arrive. Improving the maintenance of facilities like air conditioning and Wi-Fi is crucial to provide a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel staff should be trained to be more responsive and efficient in handling guest requests.

I believe taking these steps will significantly improve the reputation and quality of service your hotel provides, encouraging guests to return and recommend your establishment to others.
